- Moms—do you need a day off in the middle of the week without sacrificing your child's education?
- Would you like your child to study life skills using a hands-on approach to learning?
- Would you like your child to spend a day on the farm playing, singing, studying God's word, memorizing scripture, exercising, creating art projects, studying plants and animals, writing creatively and know that he/she had a productive school day without having the mess of science and art in your kitchen?
Our enrichment program may be the solution to this academic challenge. We are here to help your child fall in love with God's amazing creation while enjoying a productive day surrounded with nature study and creative writing, and studio art activities to meet the needs of participants' skill levels, talents, and abilities. The classes are always new and exciting! We continually offer activities related to God's creation that are conducive to the seasons of the year: (Examples: trees, birds, flowers, weather, animals, stars, butterflies and much more.)
This past fall during the twelve week program, participants observed several chrysalises metamorphosis into butterflies, built beaver lodges at the edge of the pond, learned to identify trees by their leaves and seedpods, memorized several passages of scripture and poems, sang, ran through the woods and fields and gathered lots of God's treasures, painted pictures, made stepping stone mosaics, raised a one day old baby chick, rescued a litter of puppies, spent time with the farm animals, participated in sack races and obstacle courses and much more. Open to ages 6-16... special individual studies in studio art and science open to students ages 13 years and older. (See section below—Gideon's Warriors) Call to discuss an individual study program.

Gideon's Warriors (Ages 13-16)
- Independent Study Projects
Students in this age group have the opportunity to study intensely on something that expresses their interests and develops their talents. Each participant in the Gideon's warriors program will set up their own private studio or work location on the farm. This work area will be used by them exclusively and the supplies, equipment and whatever they need to complete their semester project will be for their use. During the first two weeks of the series, the student and teacher will lay out an individual study set of goals to be completed by the end of the semester. This project might be an oil or acrylic painting, raising a crop or an animal, studying and collecting butterflies, weaving or quilting. This list is really endless from carpentry or masonry to sewing or collecting.
